By opting in to SMS messaging from State and Liberty, you consent to receive text messages (SMS) from us regarding product arrivals and new in-store deals, ready-for-pickup notifications, and two-way assistance about orders and product availability. These messages may be sent via automated systems.
You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. For assistance, reply HELP or email support@stateandliberty.com. Message frequency may vary and message & data rates may apply.
We may use data obtained from you in connection with text messaging (such as your phone number, carrier, and message content) in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of any purchase. You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in to SMS messaging from State and Liberty.
Neither we nor our wireless carriers (including T-Mobile) are liable for delays or failures in message delivery. Text messaging services are provided on an “AS IS” basis.
If you change or deactivate your mobile number, you must update your account information to prevent misdirected messages. Any new number you add may receive our standard SMS messages unless you unsubscribe as described above. How long we keep your data
We do not retain data for any longer than is necessary for the purposes described in this Policy. Authenticating Your Request
Once we receive your request, we will verify the information you provided by matching the information that we have collected. If we cannot authenticate your request, we may ask for additional information from you. If you are unable to provide additional information, or we are unable to authenticate the request using commercially reasonable efforts, we may deny your request.
Right to Appeal
If we decline to take action in response to any of your privacy requests, you have the right to appeal that decision within a reasonable amount of time, but no later than 90 days from the date of our decision.
